You must have excellent organizational skills, be able to multitask, and work well under pressure. The job consists of accounting support (Quickbooks 2023 desktop experience is a must, credit card settlements, bank reconciliations, Procedure to pay processes, and Order to cash processes), overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office, calendar management, organizing travel arrangements, fulfillment and shipping support, helping to create marketing funnels, answering phones and directing call traffic, helping to draft emails and newsletters, and delegating web tech tasks to sites like Fiverr, Upward, etc. This position is for a creative person who is very passionate about business, life, and overall well-being. You need Mac or PC computer skills, word, excel, (social media based graphic design help is a plus) and be quick to learn. Experience in marketing (especially funnels, AI) is a plus. Looking for someone who is reliable, on time, has great communication skills, and has the patience to work with this high-energy health expert and entrepreneur. We need someone available to work during the day 9am till 2pm. Requirements We are seeking a knowledgeable Accountant to join our team. In this role, you will document the company’s financial transactions, prepare financial statements, and manage payroll. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and has a strong understanding of best practices in accounting.
