What you'll do

Identifies opportunities and executes plans to drive improvements in Cargo KPIs including revenue, profitability, service and customer satisfaction
Participates on ad-hoc projects related to Cargo's strategic goals
Collaborates across teams within Cargo and American, incorporating feedback to key RM decisions
Evaluates market performance data and customer feedback to set pricing and inventory strategies
Develops and shares best practices for capacity, inventory and yield management practices within CargoRM
