Description Overview At Stories Coffee Company we know that people love coffee. That's why we make it our mission to serve a quality product with world-class customer service. As a Barista, you'll be the one to hand-craft our customers’ espresso drinks according to our brand standards using our specialty espresso machine. Responsibilities Prepare all espresso drinks using the espresso machine for in store and drive through orders, including for blended affogatos. Prepare chai and hot teas as needed for in store and drive thru orders. Serve finished drinks to in store customers and the drive-thru station. Requirements Previous experience is preferred, though not necessary; we will provide you the training you need. Must be trained as a Front of House Crew Member before qualifying for Barista if no previous experience. Excellent customer service skills are a must. Our minimum hiring age is 16 years old.
