Certified Crane Operator (NCCCO - TLL)

Location: Austin, TX

Compensation: up to $40/hr or BOE

Job Type: Full-Time

Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Telescopic Boom Crane Operator (TLL) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating 90-ton and larger cranes , be proficient in writing lift plans , and hold a current DOT physical . Bilingual candidates and those with Link-Belt experience are highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate telescopic boom cranes (90T+) safely and efficiently
• Develop and execute detailed lift plans
• Conduct pre-operation inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations
• Work closely with the team to coordinate safe and efficient lifting operations
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to crane operations

Requirements

• NCCCO Certification (TLL) required
• Current DOT Physical required
• Minimum of five years of experience operating cranes (90T and up) preferred
• Strong proficiency in writing lift plans
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
• Experience with Link-Belt cranes preferred
• Clean background
