Key Responsibilities

• Lead multiple electrical construction projects from pre-construction through turnover
• Develop, maintain, and manage project schedules, budgets, and cost forecasts
• Prepare and present WIP reports, cost projections, and profit forecasts
• Coordinate manpower planning with field leadership and superintendents
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, general contractors, vendors, and subcontractors
• Manage change orders, RFIs, pay applications, and schedules of values
• Review estimates, scopes, drawings, addenda, and contract documents
• Oversee daily project coordination to ensure projects are delivered on time and under budget
• Approve vendor invoices and ensure accurate financial controls
• Serve as a senior point of contact throughout the project lifecycle

Qualifications & Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• 8+ years of experience in design-build electrical construction
• Strong understanding of estimating means and methods
• Experience with Accubid or similar estimating software preferred
• Proven ability to manage multiple commercial projects simultaneously
• Solid knowledge of NEC, low-voltage systems, and OSHA requirements
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working from a primary office location with travel to project sites as needed
