Entry-Level Document Scanner

This is a great entry-level opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a professional office setting — no prior experience required!
What You’ll Do:As a Document Scanner, you'll help us digitize important files and keep our systems organized and running smoothly. Your day-to-day tasks will include:
Preparing documents for scanning (removing staples, sorting pages, etc.)
Using scanning equipment to convert paper files to digital format
Checking scanned images for clarity and accuracy
Organizing digital files into folders and databases
Labeling and filing documents based on our internal system
Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information
Working closely with our office and administrative teams to keep everything on track
We’re looking for someone who is:
Organized and detail-oriented
Comfortable using a computer and learning new software
Reliable and punctual
Able to follow instructions and work independently
Friendly and willing to be part of a team
No experience? No problem. We provide full training!
Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office knowledge is a plus)
Ability to handle confidential documents with care
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform repetitive tasks (like scanning and organizing papers)
