Role Description

We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Event Executive for a full-time, on-site role based in the Columbia, South Carolina Metropolitan Area. The Event Executive will collaborate with clients to plan and execute outstanding events, coordinate with internal teams and external vendors, manage event logistics, and ensure seamless execution of events. Additionally, the role includes handling customer inquiries, overseeing event budgets, and ensuring that all events align with the companys standards for quality and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Event planning, coordination, and logistics management skills
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and client relationship-building skills
• Organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple events simultaneously
• Proficiency in budgeting and financial planning for events
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities for managing on-site event operations
• Experience with vendor relations and contract negotiation is advantageous
• Familiarity with event management software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Prior experience in catering, hospitality, or event management is highly preferred

Salary and Benefits

• Base Salary: $50,000 annually
• Commission/Bonus Incentive: Earned on qualifying sales and revenue performance

Work Environment

This position requires a combination of office work, client-facing meetings, and hands-on event oversight. Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25-30 lbs.
