### 💼 **Responsibilities**
* Manage team calendars and schedule internal meetings efficiently.
* Handle emails and communications in a professional manner.
* Maintain and organize digital filing systems.
* Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks (tracking receipts, preparing invoices).
* Organize and schedule project kickoff meetings for new clients.
* Prepare and distribute agendas, meeting notes, and action items.
* Support Project Managers in tracking timelines and deliverables.
* Act as the first point of contact for new client inquiries.
* Schedule and coordinate discovery calls and meetings for the leadership team.
* Assist in preparing sales proposals, contracts, and onboarding documents.
* Manage client onboarding, setting up new projects in CRM and project tools.
### ✅ **Requirements**
* Basic knowledge of CRM tools.
* Experience with ClickUp is a plus.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Must be **residing in Metro Manila or nearby areas.**
* Must be available to work **9:00 AM – 6:00 PM CT (U.S. Central Time).**
