This role focuses on content development, coordination, and execution of fundraising materials—including print, digital, email, and campaign collateral. Analytics and reporting will be handled by internal staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop full copy for two print pieces.
• Collaborate with the Communications Associate to curate imagery and ensure alignment with campaign visuals.
• Provide copy and assets to the Designer; lead reviews, revisions, and approvals for both digital and direct mail materials.
• Build and update GoFundMe Pro (formerly Classy) campaign pages.
• Partner with the Communications Associate to create MailChimp e-blasts linked to fundraising pages.
• Oversee the Operations Associate in executing direct mail, managing donor fulfillment (thank-you letters, tax summaries, etc.), and coordinating performance reports.
• Work with the Event Host Committee to develop event collateral such as the sponsorship deck, invitations, signage, and donor.
• Collaborate with the Operations Associate to provide the Board and Host Committee with historical performance reports, invitation lists, and personalized outreach materials.
• Coordinate with the Designer and Communications Associate to create and publish event marketing materials across the website, GoFundMe Pro pages, social media, and e-blasts.
• Oversee mailing of invitations and donor communications handled by the Operations Associate.

Qualifications

• Strong copywriting and editing skills.
• Proven experience managing campaigns, timelines, and collaborative workflows.
• Comfort coordinating with designers, communications staff, and operations teams.
• Experience producing print, email, and digital fundraising materials.
• Familiarity with MailChimp, GoFundMe Pro/Classy, and collaborative project workflows preferred.
