Job Summary: The Product and Engineering team at SmithRx is developing a modern PBM platform. As the Group Product Manager for Drug Pathways, you will be the strategic product leader responsible for defining and executing the product vision across our Drug Pathways and Member & Partner Experience domains. This role involves managing, mentoring, and guiding a team of senior product managers to deliver innovative and intuitive products that meet our business and drug cost savings objectives while supporting a bestinclass member, partner, and customer experience.

What you will do:

  • Define and lead the overall product vision, strategy, and execution for the Drug Pathways, Member, and Partner Experience domains.
  • Manage, mentor, and coach a team of senior product managers, fostering product management excellence, high accountability, and strong collaboration across the organization.
  • Oversee and ensure the execution of the full product lifecycle, working crossfunctionally to guide products from discovery to execution, supporting our mission to drive down drug costs through bestinclass partner and member experiences.
  • Support your teams PRD/UX design development through collaboration with internal teams and stakeholders.
  • Define, collect, and track the appropriate user, product, and business metricsboth quantitative and qualitativeacross the entire Drug Pathways portfolio.

What you will bring to SmithRx:

  • 10+ years of progressive product management experience, with a significant focus on datacentric, platform, or AIdriven products.
  • 3+ years of experience managing, mentoring, and leading product managers or a similar crossfunctional team.
  • Experience in healthtech and/or pharmacy benefits environments strongly preferred.
  • Proven success launching customer facing products and services with measurable outcomes.
  • Proven ability to lead crossfunctional collaboration across engineering, operations, and UX design to deliver highimpact solutions.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skillsable to clearly translate between business and technical audiences.
  • Thrives in fastpaced, highaccountability environments with a strong sense of ownership.
  • Strong analytical skills, leveraging user analytics and testing tools across complex systems and workflows.
