About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated educator to join our team at Mustard Seed Early Learning Academy in Gwynn Oak, MD. As a key member of our staff, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of young children and contribute to their early education experience.

Qualified candidate Must have 90 hours + ADA, 9 hour Communication or AA/Bachelor's in ECE(early childhood Edu)

Responsibilities:

• Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children in a Large Family childcare home
• Plan and implement age-appropriate activities to promote learning and development
• Assist lead teacher in implementing lesson plans and daily activities
• Supervise and engage with children during playtime, mealtime, naptime and outdoor activities
• Help with meal and snack times, including feeding and clean-up
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the childcare facility
• Assist with diaper changing and potty training
• Support classroom management and behavior guidance

Requirements:

• Previous experience in caregiving, nannying or childcare required
• High School graduate or higher
• CPR & First Aid Training
• 45 hour infant/Toddler training
• Medication Administration training
• 90 HOURS
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Patient, nurturing, and enthusiastic demeanor
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to pass background check and obtain necessary clearances
• Takes initiates and has drive
