As an Operational Bookkeeper, you will be assisting with all of the weekly and monthly bookkeeping tasks for our clients! You will be responsible for keeping the books current, closing out the books on a monthly basis, hosting monthly client success meetings, solving any issues that arise, and communicating with the team. Other tasks may include payroll processing, payroll and sales tax submissions, accounts receivable and accounts payable management, and administrative duties. We will provide all of the tools you need to be successful in this position. Our bookkeepers are the lifeblood of our business!

  • Is proficient in QuickBooks Online

  • Loves communicating and building relationships with clients and team members
  • Has excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Understands the relationship between the bookkeeping and what the numbers mean for our clients

  • Is an upbeat, organized self-starter able to work in a dynamic environment with limited oversight

  • Enjoys working remotely and on their own schedule
  • Experience with using a variety of software and apps to manage work

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Associates or Bachelors' degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
  • This position requires 2-3 years of experience as a full-time bookkeeper and a working knowledge of QuickBooks Online.
  • QBO Certification (required).
  • Experience with tax filings (preferred).
