Green Valley is hiring full-time Packaging Room Operators to support our high-quality sausage production line. Whether you're new to manufacturing or seeking your next role in food processing, this is a great opportunity to build your career in a stable, clean, and team-focused environment .

✅ Key Responsibilities

• Operate food packaging equipment according to the production schedule
• Load sausage film, push prepared sausage into casing, and tray finished links
• Set up, break down, and sanitize machinery daily
• Complete production and quality control paperwork accurately
• Palletize and box products when not running machines
• Work closely with supervisors and teammates to meet daily goals
• Maintain clean, organized workstations at all times

📋 Job Requirements

• No prior experience required - we provide full training
• Must be able to work in cold conditions (Kitchen: 45°F / Packaging: 36°F)
• Ability to stand for 8+ hours on concrete floors
• Able to lift up to 15 lbs (light lifting only)
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment
• High school diploma or equivalent required

🧤 Work Attire & Safety Gear

• Company provides: white coats, hats, gloves, and protective glasses
• Employees must bring rubber boots
• Personal lockers available for storage
