Thriving privately owned pediatric primary care practice seeks a dedicated and compassionate Pediatric Nurse Practitioner to join our team on a full-time, part-time, or per diem basis. Our relationship-based care model allows you to focus on meaningful connections with patients and families, delivering high-quality pediatric care while enhancing access through evening and weekend availability.

What You’ll Do
- Perform complete patient assessments, medical histories, and physical exams
- Develop and implement individualized care plans
- Perform in-scope medical procedures as needed
- Document care accurately in Athena EMR
- Educate families on health management, preventive care, and treatment options
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare staff for coordinated, patient-centered care
- Provide rotating evening and weekend coverage expand access for patients
- Utilize administrative time provided to support documentation, care planning, and professional development
What We’re Looking For
- Master’s degree in Nursing with Pediatric Primary Care specialization (required)
- Board-certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (required)
- Active WA State ARNP, RN, DEA license + CPR/BLS/AED certification (required)
- Pediatric experience required (5+ years strongly preferred)
- Proficiency with EHR systems (Athena a plus)
- Bilingual skills a plus (Spanish, Japanese, Mandarin, Korean, Farsi, Russian)
- Excellent communication skills and a child- and family-centered approach
