Were looking for a highly organized, resourceful, and proactive Listing Coordinator & Assistant to support our fast?paced real estate team. This role is all about helping our properties shinecoordinating every detail from pre?market preparation through launchwhile assisting with marketing and administrative tasks.
Were Hiring: Real Estate Listing Coordinator & Assistant
What Youll Do
Listing + Vendor Management
- Coordinate all vendor scheduling, communication from start to finish including:
- Stagers, painters, handymen, contractors, landscapers, cleaners, photographers
- Create and manage listing prep timelines to ensure properties hit the market in their best possible light
- Track budgets, invoices, project details, and follow-through
Team Support + Assistant Duties
- Assist with administrative tasks, help schedule appointments/show properties to buyers as needed (must be comfortable interacting with clients)
- Run errands, deliver client gifts, pick up materials, and support on?site needs
- Support client events, marketing initiatives, and day?to?day team operations
- Assist with social media planning, content creation, and posting
Who You Are
- Real estate licensed or actively pursuing a license (preferred but not required)
- Extremely organized with excellent follow?up and time?management skills
- Comfortable communicating with vendors, clients, and team members
- Energetic, positive, solutions?oriented, and calm under pressure
- Tech?savvyGoogle Suite, Canva, CRM platforms, and social media
- A true team player who is flexible and willing to jump in wherever needed
