Job Description

*Scanning Clerk - Mailroom/Data Entry* * Pay Rate:* $16.50/hr (Paid Weekly + Benefits)
* Location:* Brooklyn, NY (Sunset Park Area) - *Onsite Only*
* Schedule:* Full-Time, Monday-Friday, 11AM-8PM
* Duration:* Ongoing Contract
*Responsibilities*
* Operate scanning equipment to digitize incoming documents and mail.
* Maintain accurate logs of scanned items, receipt dates, and distribution records.
* Sort, verify, and prepare physical documents for scanning and filing.
* Organize and archive scanned files according to department protocols.
* Assist with inbound mail processing and outbound mail preparation.
* Deliver scanned and physical documents to appropriate departments or personnel.
* Support general mailroom operations and contribute to team goals.
*Qualifications*
* *1+ years' scanning experience *
* Comfortable working full-time hours (40 hrs/week).
* Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage repetitive tasks efficiently.

The pay range for this position is $16.50 - $16.50/hr.
