Job Summary
Reporting to the Plant EHS Manager, you will work closely with the Environment, Health, Safety & Security (EHS&S) team and plant leadership to promote a culture that integrates EHS&S into daily operations. You will drive plant KPIs through cultural evolution and manage projects from concept to implementation, collaborating with Supply Chain, RQ&I, Engineering, and other functional areas. You will develop detailed work plans, schedules, resource plans, and status reports while leading initiatives that enhance safety and environmental compliance.

Compensation:
Annual Base Salary: $81,000.00 - $110,000.00The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
