Were looking for a systemsminded, AIcurious Senior Marketing SDR Technology & Operations Manager to join our growing Growth Operations team. In this role, youll help scale and optimize the technology foundation that powers Ripplings global Sales Development organization.
This is a senior individual contributor position for someone who thrives at the intersection of marketing, sales, and operations, translating business needs into scalable, automated workflows that drive SDR efficiency and pipeline growth.
Youll partner closely with sales leadership, growth engineering, RevOps, and other members of marketing operations to enhance and evolve Ripplings homegrown platforms (DemoTime and Playbook), as well as manage and optimize our broader SDR tech stack, including Salesforce, LeanData, Outreach, Nooks, and enrichment tools.
What sets this role apart is the opportunity to work on the cutting edge of GTM technology and AI enablement. Youll help shape how Ripplings SDR systems are built, from designing intelligent automations to collaborating with internal teams to create proprietary, AIpowered tools that dont exist anywhere else in the market.
