Location: Plano, TX 75024 - onsite
Duration: Contract to Hire
Skills Required:
- Looking for a true Engineer
- Hands-on experience with Terraform
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Connect
- Responsible for IVR flows and CI/CD pipelines
- Knowledge of ServiceNow for integration will be great plus.
- IAC, Terraform and Python are must haves
- Experience with and Contact Center is required
