The Strength and Conditioning Coach is responsible for delivering the best workout experience to our clients. Coaches demonstrate a passion for training athletes of all ages, from 7 years old to adults. They lead training in membership workouts, 1-on-1, small group personal training, and team training. Coaches must be Level 1 Certified the D1 Way and adhere to brand standards and quality control measures. They assist in assessments and goal setting, ensuring athletes are motivated and committed to reaching their goals. Responsibilities include coaching core classes, personal training, camps, team training, and other offerings, all conducted at a high standard. Coaches should bring energy, vocal coaching cues, organization skills, and effective group management. Additional duties involve maintaining training spaces, equipment, and participating in marketing events like competitions and combines.
