Location : West Hollywood, CA Responsibilities Execute up to 35 training sessions per week Utilize the TrueCoach programming platform Construct individualized training programs for 10+ Monarch members Collaborate and cooperate with the Monarch Medical and Physical Therapy departments Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology, Exercise Science, Human Performance, or related program Possess a NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) certification At least 3 years of experience working in personal training, collegiate athletic performance, or professional strength & conditioning Preferred Qualifications Master's Degree in a Kinesiology-related field Experience in collegiate athletics or high performance sport Experience working with the general population Experience training around pain and injury Salary : $65,000 - $70,000 per year Employment Type : Full time Seniority Level : Entry level #J-18808-Ljbffr Monarch Athletic Club
