POSITION SUMMARY:

The Telecom Analysts responsibility is to plan, develop, and implement the PruittHealths telecommunications infrastructure. This includes installing, configuring, maintaining, supporting, and optimizing all telephone systems and services, mobile devices, voicemail and PBX communication systems. The person will also analyze and resolve telecommunications circuit issues in a timely and accurate fashion, and support user needs where required.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Procure, setup, maintain, and troubleshoot corporate iPhone

• Design and support telecommunications infrastructure and its associated software, including PBXs, call management systems, voice mail, interactive voice response

• Integrate these systems with enterprise LANs, WANs, wireless LANs, and Internet-based services and protocol

• Monitor and identify capacity and performance issues for telecom traffic to ensure continued, uninterrupted operation of telecom system

• Generate telecommunications usage and network traffic report

• Configure, test, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot end user telecommunications, telephony, and voice/data software product

• Perform analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of telecommunications problems for end users; recommend and implement corrective solution

• Conduct frame relay, ISDN, and [...] switch maintenance

• Modify and/or rearrange telecommunications systems to accommodate additional services or change

• Assist with Inspection, testing, and maintenance of telephone lines, circuits, trunks, and associated wiring and cabling

• Where necessary, liaise with equipment vendors during installations, acquisition negotiations, and hardware performance issue

• Assist with the installation and troubleshooting of telecom system

ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

Apple iPhones, MDM platforms, Avaya suite, Contact Center (Avaya and Cisco)
