Job Description\n

American Traveler is seeking a Sonographer for weekend night shifts with experience in general, abdominal, and OBGYN ultrasound preferred.

\n \n Responsibilities\n

• Work in an ultrasonography department covering general cases including abdomen, small parts, OBGYN, abdominal vascular, DVT, and follicular assessments
• NICU and OR experience is a plus
• Uses GE Logiq E10, E9, and GE Voluson ultrasound equipment
• Schedule is Friday, Saturday, and Sunday nights from 6:00 PM to 6:30 AM
• EPIC EMR is used
• Responsibilities include performing ultrasound studies across various patient populations as assigned
• Parking is not validated; public transportation and public parking are available at local rates
• Scrub or dress code requirements are per departmental policy
• All time off requests must be noted at the time of consideration
• Local candidates must reside more than 60 miles from Massachusetts General Hospital to be eligible for standard rate

• Current BLS certification from AHA required
• No minimum years of experience required
• Active MA Sonographer license required; no conditional or pending licenses accepted
• License required if applicable
• Flu vaccination required with no religious or medical exemptions allowed
