Alliance Services, Inc. is seeking a travel nurse RN NICU - Neonatal Intensive Care for a travel nursing job in La Crosse, Wisconsin.

\n\nOpportunity:
\nRN - NICU
\n\nJob Details:
\n• Work 12-hour day/night rotation shifts with respectful scheduling to allow adjustment time between opposite shifts
\n• Guaranteed 36 hours per week for 13-week contract
\n• Every 3rd weekend and every 3rd holiday required
\n• No on-call or call back requirements
\n• Transport experience required - HARD STOP requirement
\n• 5+ years RN experience required with 3+ years NICU experience
\n• Must have transport responsibilities experience
\n• Required licenses: WI RN, IA RN & MN RN license (all permanent licenses required, no temporary licenses accepted)
\n• Required certifications: AHA BLS and NRP
\n• Preferred certifications: AHA PALS, STABLE, and CNPT
\n• Associates Degree in Nursing required, Bachelor's degree preferred
\n• Scrub requirements: Navy blue bottoms, white or black top
\n• Care for critically ill or premature newborns (22 weeks gestation and greater)
\n• Provide specialized medical treatment and respiratory support
\n• Perform bedside procedures including starting IVs and medication administration
\n• Conduct neonatal resuscitation
\n• Participate in air and ground transports with Neonatal Transport Team
\n• Float to Madison or Rochester for transports and pick up babies from rural hospitals
\n• Support patients and families in end-of-life care
\n• Must start medical compliance within 48 hours of accepted offer

The facility maintains a smaller transport team that averages about 4 transports per month, primarily by air, and requires experienced professionals who can handle both NICU care and transport responsibilities. The organization emphasizes collaborative care with interdisciplinary teams and maintains high standards for neonatal care services.
