\n\nTravel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.
\n\nOpportunity:
\nUltrasound Tech/Sonographer - Ob/Gyn Sonographer
\n\nJob Details:
\n• Work 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM shift with call responsibilities
\n• Must have strong MFM (Maternal-Fetal Medicine) clinic skills
\n• Work in clinic setting, not hospital environment
\n• BLS certification required
\n• Must be graduate of accredited AMA school
\n• Must be registered with American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT)
\n• Must maintain State License as general radiographer and/or be Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS)
\n• Perform abdominal, pelvic, gynecological and obstetrical sonograms
\n• Conduct transvaginal sonograms
\n• Proficient at scanning small parts including thyroid, breast and scrotum
\n• Perform ultrasound-guided procedures including biopsies, drainage, thoracentesis, paracentesis and aspirations
\n• Provide timely diagnostic services to both inpatient and outpatient populations
\n• Work under direction of radiologist and follow departmental protocols
\n• Local candidates not eligible for this position
