Overview Join to apply for the Triage Nurse role at Columbus Oncology & Hematology . Columbus Oncology is looking for a full-time Triage Nurse to join our team. Responsibilities Work four days; usually until 5PM; no nights, no weekends Serve as a primary liaison across all disciplines to ensure comprehensive patient care Multi-task between patient calls, provider messages, and other related duties Acknowledge and perform provider orders in alignment with clinical standards Implement and manage individualized care plans; assess, document, and report patient conditions in accordance with established protocols Qualifications BLS Provider credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA) Registered Nurse credentialed from the Ohio Board of Nursing in good standing Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing 5+ years of relevant experience (oncology or acute care preferred) Benefits Competitive benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance Short-term and Long-term disability coverage Generous PTO program 401k profit-sharing plan Opportunities to contribute to improving lives through community-based cancer care Columbus Oncology Associates is an Equal Opportunity Employer and proudly a Drug-Free Workplace.
