QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and mentor warehouse associates and beneficiaries.
• Strong communication, leadership, accountability, and follow-through skills.
• Ability to differentiate quality of donated items.
• Adaptability to supervising and working in various production units.
• Experience working with diverse and vulnerable populations preferred.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to sit, walk, stand, bend, squat, climb, kneel, and twist regularly.
• Ability to grasp, push, pull objects such as carts, furniture, and merchandise.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:

• Supervise, coach, and train warehouse staff and beneficiaries to achieve efficiency and production goals.
• Evaluate employee performance and set clear, attainable goals.
• Ensure merchandise is priced according to policy and maintain quality control.
• Manage security of high-value items like jewelry.
• Enforce policies regarding merchandise handling and storage.
• Maintain safe and proper use of equipment and supplies.
• Keep work areas clean and organized.
• Follow safety policies and regulations.
• Overtime requires prior written approval.

Qualifications, Skills, Behaviors, and Preferences

• Detail-oriented, team player, leader, dedicated.

Education and Experience

• GED or high school diploma required.
• Preferred: 1 year of warehouse work and supervisory experience.
