Job Description Job Description Accountant (Temp‑to‑Hire) - Manufacturing | Denver, CO The Senior Accountant will play a key role in supporting daily accounting operations, month‑end close, and financial reporting for a growing manufacturing organization. This position is ideal for a detail‑oriented, hands‑on accounting professional who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and enjoys improving processes as the business scales. Key Responsibilities Lead all Accounts Receivable activities Provide support to the Accounts Payable function Execute month‑end close tasks Support annual audits, internal reviews, and ad‑hoc projects as assigned. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting Proven experience as a Senior / Staff Accountant or in a similar role. Must have manufacturing industry experience. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. This position is designed as a temporary role with the intention of transitioning the successful candidate into a permanent role based on performance and alignment with organizational goals.
