Responsibilities:

*Meeting sales goals measured daily/weekly/monthly *Hiring and training your team of Consultants *Ongoing team training *Customer consultations regarding skin care, tanning, spa and beauty products. *Ensuring all company and legal policies, procedures and requirements are met *Maintaining a clean and organized spa *Opening/closing business *Daily administrative paperwork, and goal tracking

Qualifications:

*High school diploma, or equivalent *Leadership/Management experience *Must be at least 18 years of age *Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time, for 7 hours per day *Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance *Reliable transportation, flexible availability including nights and weekends

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $20.00 - $30.00/hour.
