Job Title: Customer Service Representative (Adhesives)

Pay Rate: $25 to 32/Hr

Duration: 12 Months

Location: Rocky Hill, CT (Hybrid - 1 Day Onsite, 4 Days Remote in a Week after initial training; usually Tuesdays are onsite)

Shift: 8 AM to 5 PM Eastern time

Note: The role will be hybrid with AT LEAST one day in the Rocky Hill office per week ( usually Tuesdays, but this can vary per week). Some weeks more days in the office may be required, or a specific day may be required .

Our client is a global industrial and consumer products manufacturer.

We are looking for a Technical Service Representative (Adhesives).

• This role will be responsible for providing our customers, distribution partners, and sales reps with technical support on our adhesive products and solutions through our technical helpline.
• Responsible for providing timely support for technical inquiries via phone , email , and web chat.
• Need to visualize mechanical situations and work with customers to determine the best products to use while identifying potential leads.
• This position provides an entry into the world of adhesives - staff in this role are highly regarded as experts in the adhesive world.
• Expected to be available for on-site technical training as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in a technical field or College Degree in Trades.
• Technical or mechanical aptitude/Hands-on experience preferred.
• Strong oral and written communication skills are essential.
• Strong customer-related communication and interpersonal skills are necessary.
• Proficient at navigating Microsoft Office and web-based programs.
• Good home internet connection.
• French language is an asset.
