Comfortable engaging with diverse student groups in person and online. Ability to build relationships and encourage participation in programs. Awareness of campus trends and student interests. Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.). Highly motivated, proactive, and enthusiastic about community building.
