Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Fence Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in installing various types of fencing systems, including wood, vinyl, chain link, ornamental iron, and more. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who can work independently or as part of a team to complete residential and commercial fencing projects on time and to high standards.

Responsibilities:

• Install and repair different types of fences (e.g., wood, vinyl, chain link, aluminum, wrought iron).

• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and layout plans.

• Measure and mark fence layout lines accurately.

• Set posts using No Dig, concrete, and proper leveling techniques.

• Operate power tools, machinery, and hand tools safely and effectively.

• Dig post holes with equipment such as hydraulic pounder or manually.

• Load and unload materials, ensuring correct materials are on-site.

• Maintain a clean and safe work area.

• Communicate effectively with clients, supervisors, and team members.

• Follow safety regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2–3 years of professional fence installation experience.

• Knowledge of different fencing materials and installation methods.

• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.

• Strong physical stamina; ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions.

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (CDL is a plus).

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Familiarity with construction tools and safety practices.
