Job Title: Home Health Registered Nurse • Days

Location: Boston, MA and surrounding areas

Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Home Health Registered Nurse to deliver compassionate care to patients in their homes. This role requires expertise in home health care and proficiency in HCHB/OASIS documentation.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide high•quality nursing care to home health patients
• Complete same•day documentation using Homecare Homebase
• Manage a caseload of 20•25 cases weekly
• Attend weekly in•person office meetings
• Be flexible to float as needed

Requirements:
• Active RN License and BLS Certification
• 2+ years of home health experience
• Proficient in HCHB/OASIS (experience post•January 2023)
• Ability to manage productivity points (26•28 per week)
• Reside within 30 minutes of assigned territory

Contract Details:
• 13•week contract, 40 hours per week
• No on•call requirement
• Pre•approved RTO must be made up
• Mileage reimbursement

Additional Information:
• 2•3 days of orientation and team introduction
• Flexible hours, branches open 8 am to 5 pm
• Any scrub color
