8+ years of experience in data architecture, with at least 3 years in Azure data services.
Expertise in Azure Synapse, Data Factory, Databricks, Azure SQL, and related services.
Strong understanding of data warehousing, data lakes, ETL/ELT, and data governance.
Experience with assessment frameworks and tools (e.g., Cloud Adoption Framework, Well-Architected Review).
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proven ability to lead discovery engagements and deliver actionable insights.
Azure Solutions Architect or Data Engineer certification.
Experience in industry-specific data modernization (e.g., healthcare, finance, manufacturing).
Familiarity with Power BI, Purview, and security best practices in Azure.
